About The Program: Celebrating Our Neighbours
To give back to our community in a meaningful way, we’ve built this program to

How It Works: Community Connection & Real Estate Support
Our Good Neighbour Program offers 10% of the commission AA Properties earns, paid on closing, on a purchase or sale, for all Durham Region residents (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Uxbridge, Scugog, Brock); conditions apply.
Conditions apply. Cash back is paid by CENTURY 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., Brokerage, from the commission we earn, on a completed purchase or sale where we represent you under a signed agreement.
